Enrolments

Enrolment process

Enrolling your child at Dulacca State School is a simple process. Contact the school to initiate this process. Please collect an enrolment package from the school office which includes the Dulacca State School Parent Handbook detailing information on our programs, staffing and general everyday matters of our school. The package contains a number of forms you will need to complete including:

Please bring the following items when enrolling your child:

  • Birth certificate
  • Report cards and records from previous schooling
  • Emergency contact details
  • Special needs information including reports from specialists or medical practitioners (if applicable)

Current parents

Please help us keep your child’s information up to date. Advise us urgently if:

  • you change your address
  • you change your contact details
  • there is a change in your emergency contact number
  • any significant changes occur with regard to your child’s health
  • you feel we should know of any other changes which concern your child e.g. work phone numbers, custody/court orders
